An ‘experiential analysis’ involves mapping the complete arc of your customer/client experience – how people experience your space/place, brand, marketing, logistics, activities, creative concepts, customer service, followup efforts. The goal of experience design is to re-vitalize places, processes, services and brand messages. Heli works with organizations who want to super-engage their target audiences; her clients have included the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and World Expo (Japan), governments of Canada and Norway, museums, hospitals, cultural organizations, municipalities, and companies like FedEx, Fidelity, and Sony.
